Love and Words

in my perfect world

In my perfect world,

the Gods are above

and the devil below,

and the hand I hold -

is worth more than gold.

In my perfect world,

everything is as it should be.

The King is in the castle,

the Queen  sits on the throne,

and the only thing left,

the only place not filled,

is the one

where you

should be.

In the distance

a storm rises,

and settles again.

The ploughman lifts his head.

A boy falls from the sky.

And the ship,

the ship that sails,

moves on

and leaves us

In my perfect world,

everything is

as it should be.
